Return Policy

Sexy Lingerie at All About Romance© takes great pride in our reputation for service and quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt return for store credit, or exchange for another product. Please inspect all purchases prior to wearing or using them. Exchanges or Credit can not be processed until the original item(s) are returned.
Please Note: Browser colors may differ from the color of the product shipped depending on your monitor resolution and IP server.

Unfortunately, for health reasons mandated by Law, only unworn items or unused novelties are available for a return for store credit, subject to the terms listed below. Custom made products can not be returned as they were custom made for you according to the specifications you provided and subject to the manufacturers return policy.

No returns of worn or used items will be accepted subject to the policy below:

• We will not accept returned items that smell of perfume, smoke, or other body fragrances. Nor will we accept for return items that have lubes, stains, soil, body glitter, unidentifiable substances or pet hair on them.
• Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for all additional shipping charges for exchanges.
• Original packaging: Items must be repacked in the original packaging.
• Returns must be received within 15 Business days of the shipping date to be eligible for a return.
• Store credit must be used within 60 days of issue.
• All sales of Clearance or Sale items are final and will not be accepted for return. When you purchase a clearance ( Sale ) item, please be certain that you have chosen the proper size and color for your order. These items are clearly marked on the product page, in your shopping bag, your email confirmation, and packaging slip.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders placed with Sexy Lingerie - All About Romance may be cancelled at any time. However any order cancelled after 24 hours from the time it was placed will be accessed a 20% cancellation fee in some cases. Orders that are cancelled after we have already shipped: It will be Clients responsibility for return shipping, original shipping will not be refundable and credit can not be issued until the items have been returned. Make sure you have included the original packing slip for proper credit. Remember purchases maybe shipped in as little as 4 hours from the time you order from All About Romance©.

To Modify or Cancel Orders please contact us immediately. Email Instructions follow:

• REQUIRED for Security Reasons. Attach your original order receipt as an attached document or paste it into your email
• Indicate the Item Number & either what is incorrect about the order (Size, Color, etc.)
• Indicate which item(s) you'd like to replace it with (including Item Number, Color & size).
• To modify the whole order it will be considered a cancellation subject to our review (additional charges may apply).
• If the order has already shipped you must return the item(s) before we ship you another replacement item or issue a store credit.
• Price differences if any will be charged to your account as an additional transaction or store credit as the case maybe.
• We may require a Client signed receipt acknowledging the additional amount charged to your Credit Card as a separate transaction.

Free Shippingon purchases shipped beginning at $100.00 net cost. FREE shipping is for ground shipping.

• Currently we ship to the USA all 50 States.
• We can not currently ship to Canada, South America, Europe or the rest of the world.

Estimated Delivery times

We ship to our Clients within 48 to 72 hours of your order being processed (Exception Custom Orders).

US deliveries will take anywhere from 5 – 15 (Alaska , & Hawaii orders up to 15 days) *Business Days to ship depending on availability of products ordered. During holiday seasons shipping times may be delayed do to high volume of packages being handled by the shipping companies. Please plan ahead and order early to insure delivery on time. If an item is back ordered there may be delays in this time frame, but we will always notify you of any delays as soon as possible. We can not be responsible for your order after it is delivered to your address. We will however make an attempt to see that your order was dropped by our shipper..

• We will email you a confirmation of items you have ordered.
• *Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude Weekends, Holidays, Holiday Season(s) and any unforeseen shipper emergencies that may occur.

Backorder Policy

On rare occasions there may be times that the manufacturer doesn't have a particular item in stock that you have ordered. If this happens we will notify you as soon as possible to let you know about the backorder. We will send you an email to notify you what item is on backorder and the approximate shipping date. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of the email we will leave the item on order for you. If you decide that you do not want to wait for an item just respond to the email and let us know that you do not want to wait. You are not charged for backordered item(s) or you can change the order to a different item. NO additional Shipping Fees will be required on Backordered items. Custom Orders are not considered as back ordered items as they are made specifically for you and are charged for at the time of purchase.

 

Tax Policy:

California Residents will be charged tax for their purchases at 8.0% as required by law or the current California tax rate. We reserve the right to change this policy without notice. Orders from anywhere else in the USA are tax FREE!
